AS ATTIKUNATION KOGI STATE CHAPTER
INAUGURATES LOCAL GOVERNMENT CORDINATIORS.
Abubakar
(GCON) was born on the 25th November, 1946. He is a Nigerian
Politician, Businessman and a great Philanthropist.
He
is a co-founder of Intels, an oil servicing business with extensive operation
in Nigeria and Abroad.
He
is also the founder of Adama Beverages Limited and a farmer which has provided
employment opportunities for over 50,000 Nigerians.
He
is a great philanthropist and as a result founded American University of
Nigeria, first of its kind in Sub-Saharan Africa in 2005. He benefited from
from the US system of instruction as a young man so he was quick to establish an
American trained faculty emphasizing critical thinking, small classes, student
participation, problem solving.
He
is an advocate for standard education which made him sponsor an essay contest' for students in order to generate solution to Nigeria’s most pressing instructional educational
challenges. A long list of winners, devoid of ethnic sentiment was announced and
the joint first price went to two contestants from the South East region.
In
bid to improve the level of education of the Northeastern Nigeria, he issued a
scholarship to escapees of Chibok school girls.
He
has also advocated for true federalism. He has been giving speeches all over
the country on the necessity of restructuring the country.
In
line with the vision of this Great Philanthropist, Atikunation ICG was created to put an end to the hardship in Nigeria.
Atikunation
has been benefiting the state in various capacity.

teachers reacted to the good job the former vice president Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, presently a lover of standard education and developer of man.
Atikunation ICG, Kogi state chapter inaugurated 21 local government
coordinators on the 13th of January, 2018, to ensure the smooth
running of the Atikunation affairs of the state.

Kogi state joined in the “MOVEMENT TO TAKE BACK NIGERIA”, in 2019.
This colourful and historic event took place at opposite Living Faith Church, Phase 1 Lokongoma, Lokoja, which was witnessed by all the state executives, NGOs and the representative of Atiku Vanguard, Atiku Network and the Market Women Association.

1. Inaugurate ward coordinators.
2. Move closer to the local government PDP chairman and lobby them as they are
the determinant factor of the presidential candidate of the party
3. Promote and sensitise the communities of the good image of Alhaji Atiku
Abubakar
4. Lobby the National delegate who hails from their various wards.
It
was a moment of joy for Kogi state chapter of Atikunation ICG and our country
as a whole that such a colourful event took place that day.
