Even though I speak with the voice of a Politician, I implore you to listen with the ears of reason.
Yes, I reek with the oil of politics, still I beg you, dear youth to perceive the scent of truth as I tell you today that the time is Now!
How long more before we take over what is rightfully ours after decades of being tossed by the winds of Politics?
How long more before we realize that party loyalty has done more harm to us than good?
How long more before we stand, obey the clarion call and help our nation out of the dungeons of hopelessness that we have all pushed it in through our unnecessary stance and beliefs.
The time of blind politicking is over.
The Era of 'We die for this party' is over!
More than ever before, this nation is weeping and the only solace is in our hands, yes, the youths of this country.
Close your eyes and ears for a minute. Be deaf to the cry of party slogans, what do you really want for your nation? Do you really care?
Dearest youths, in a little while, we will be called upon to choose, not just choose a leader, but choose the fate of your nation!
Will you let the broom, an umbrella or a canopy determine the fate of your beloved nation when the power in in your hands, you, a human?
You have seen, you have heard, you have read, now you know... You know who, you know what and you know how! Now do it!
Do not wait, do not depend on any godmother or godfather who might not stay long enough to bear the brunt of whatever ill fate we foolishly push the country into through our unnecessary politicking.
Dear Nigerian Youth, our country needs us now more than ever, let your vote be for that individual you trust and not that party screaming in your ears!
Let the change begin from You.
Let the change begin from Me.
