WHY I CALL H. E. ALHAJI ATIKU ABUBAKAR, A WISE AND GOOD LEADER

                                         

 

Nigeria can truly be great again if only we could look beyond those pecuniary sentiments that blurs our mental sight and dig deep into the true philosophy of leadership and appreciate same as the needed instrument of our dream transformation. 

I have witnessed a leadership with an admirable potency of creating an inspiring vision for the future. In other words, I have seen a leader that creates vision, motivates and inspire people to engage with that vision. Aside from engaging people, he takes active part in managing the delivery of the vision. He takes priority in modifying behavioral patterns and building the team, so that it is more effective at achieving the vision.

I call Waziri Atiku Abubakar a wise leader because he is appreciative. He values his group and celebrates the group success. He is a team player who places so much value on individual players because he believes that success is only achieved with the help of others. He also believes that when you genuinely appreciate people you encourage them and  boost their confidence in the system. The effect of this will be a rapid improvement in the group  strength.

I call Alhaji Atiku Abubakar a good leader because he is never afraid of being challenged, hs confidence inspire others.  

I call AAA a good leader  because he uses compassion to perceive the needs of his followers and to decide a course of action that is of greatest benefit to his group, to individuals and to mankind in general. 

I call Waziri Atiku Abubakar a good leader because he is courageous and ever prepared to take risk. As a courageous leader, he has faith in other people; he confronts difficult issues and will never shy away from taking tough decisions that serve the best interest of the people. 

He is a good leader  because he is able to flex. He is adaptive and responds to situations with the ultimate goal in focus. He is totally receptive to new ideas. He is not afraid of communicating the truth because he believes that honesty leads to productive relationships. He is responsive to the needs of his followers. He adjusts his behaviour to match the situation and he listens to the team because he values the team.
